easy. If the piston is moving, your reed valve is probably stuck. Only other option, very bad, is hole in the piston from running straight gas in it. Let me know, I'll help.

That would be a good place to start. Get a service manual. I would probably pull off the exhaust and then look in the hole with a flashlight. Can you see scratches on the cylinder wall or piston? If you can, it was ran without adequate lubrication. We'll go from there.

What model is that? I thought it might be a Rapido, but I thought the Rapido had the name on the tank. Let me know so I can get your pictures in the Gallery page.

it says on the title that its Harley-Davidson/Aermacchi MLS Rapido 125cc thanks..be nice to see some pictures..
Try and hold your hand over the intake after you remove the reed assy, spin motor. If you find no answer there, It could be that the rings are either worn out (likely and unfortunate) or stuck in compressed, I have seen chainsaw and weedeater 2 strokes like this and you can try marvel m oil or others maybe that will loosen them by pouring in spark plug hole. If not clean piston and rings inspect that the piston with the rings installed doesn't just fall all out the cylinder it has to have some friction, reassemble and run for a while. For best reliability it probably needs a rebuild, who know may be you are lucky one of these simpler things may be it.
