I am looking for tank decals for my '73 SS350?... The ones with the red, white, and blue stripes that you'd find on a black SS350 Liberty. I have found some, but they seem very expensive (I think they were around $70 + another $25 for the AMF/Harley decal). I swear that I'd seen them much cheaper in the past? Any info would be great! Also, does anyone know the paint codes for black paint used in '73?

check sonny's motorcycle repair i got my decals from him and i got the amf harley decal on e-bay

Talk to a body shop, they might be able to scan the paint from a good spot on the bike and mix you up a perfect match.

Sonnys was a great tip. I've already contacted him for my ss175 project.

The guys at Sonny's seem real cool. I've spoke with them a couple of times already. I just know I've seen the decals at half the price of what they are asking for them. Maybe it was on ebay? If there's something I've learned in the short time I've owned a Sprint,.. it is to call many places for prices, 'cuz they seem to vary quite a bit! I am not saying that all their prices or high, or that the decals aren't worth that much (in fact I will probably end up getting them there!), I guess I am just a bargain hunter, especially now that my bike got hit by a car, and I have to rebuild it on a tight budget!

I looked and called around, and was able to find both the "red, white, and blue" and "silver" line decal kits for $20! I also found the "AMF Harley" decals for $8 a pair!

He doesn't have them for 70's Sprints (for 60's stuff, he's stocked, and cheap... great guy by the way!). I'll post the best source after this weekend.
